Terms of Service

Welcome to Ime VIP (“the Platform”). By accessing or using Ime VIP's website and mobile application (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
1. **Acceptance of Terms**
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
2. **Changes to Terms**
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. **Eligibility**
To use the Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. **User Accounts**
a. **Account Creation:** You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
b. **Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
c. **Account Termination:** We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
5. **User Conduct**
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
a. Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
b. Posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
c. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
d. Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
6. **Content**
a. **User Content:** You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
b. **Content Removal:** We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.
7. **Privacy**
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. **Intellectual Property**
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ime VIP and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries.
9. **Disclaimer of Warranties**
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, and materials included on the Platform.
10. **Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ime VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
11. **Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
